Windshield Locals (a.k.a. Windscreen Locals) operates as a lead generation platform. When you submit your request for windscreen repair services, we:

  • Collect your details, including name, contact information, service location, car registration number, and photos (if applicable).
  • Share your request with independent windscreen repair providers who may contact you to offer their services.
  • Do not guarantee that a provider will contact you or that service will be available in your area.

We do not provide the repair services ourselves. The decision to hire and engage with any repair shop is solely between you and the provider.

3. No Endorsement or Guarantee

  • We do not vet, endorse, or verify the quality, pricing, reliability, or credentials of any repair shop.
  • We do not guarantee that a repair provider will contact you or that they will be available at your preferred time.
  • Any agreements, warranties, or service guarantees are strictly between you and the repair shop.

4. Your Responsibilities

By submitting your details through our platform, you agree that:

  • All information you provide is accurate and truthful.
  • You consent to having your information shared with repair shops who may contact you.
  • You understand that Hoshi Brands OÜ is not responsible for the services provided by repair shops.

5. No Liability for Repair Services

Windshield Locals (a.k.a. Windscreen Locals) is only a platform that connects customers with independent repair shops. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or outcome of any repair service.
  • Any disputes, damages, or losses resulting from a repair shop's services.
  • Any payments, pricing issues, or warranties related to repairs.

Any issues or disputes must be resolved directly between you and the repair shop.

6. Data Usage & Privacy

By submitting your information, you acknowledge that:

  • Your details will be shared with independent repair providers.
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
